Working with the Gene Keys is a joy. The Gene Keys and Human Design entered my life over a decade ago. The Gene Keys sparking a deep healing journey that led to the beautiful relationship that I have with my partner today. Human Design saw my focus shift from living from my mind to trusting my inner knowing.
The Gene Keys and Human Design returned to my life in early 2020, and I’ve been working with them deeply since. I have found that the Gene Keys offer the most profound yet gentle shadow work which allowed me to view my hidden parts with kindness and own my gifts. I’ve reclaimed parts of myself buried by conditioning, deepened my trust in my inner wisdom and gifts, and enjoy being me.
The same transformation happens for my clients. As they find compassion for themselves, transform core beliefs, own their gifts, and trust their inner knowing, their lives change. Of course, this shifts how they show up in intimacy and sex.

How you can work with me
The Soul Sessions are a potent exploration of the Gene Keys, your soul journey and how the keys relate to current questions and challenges in your life. With insights, new perspectives and profound revelations, the keys are portals to a whole new level of awareness, leading to powerful shifts in your life.
Soul Sessions are for you whether you are new to the Gene Keys, brought the book and never read it or you’ve got your profile and want to dive deeper.
You need your time of birth. If you don’t have your exact birth time, get in touch as there are different ways to work with that.
Option 1: Gene Keys Soul Session – Clarity
This is a 2 hour session where we explore the Gene Keys Activation sequence – your core shadows, gifts and talents. You can send me any questions that are alive for you before your session and we can weave them into your explorations.
This session is an activation. You’ll explore your life’s work and purpose, what you are here to learn and what affects your health and radiance. You may unearth parts of yourself that you have never know or that have been buried through conditioning. You will see parts of yourself that you know through a new lens, so that you can fully own.
What you get:
- A 2 hour session with Sarah.
- A PDF with information about each of your Gene Keys and resources.
- An audio of our call as it is valuable to listen to the session again.

Option 2: Gene Keys Soul Sessions – Deep Dive
Soul Dive is for you if you are feeling the call for a deeper journey with space and support to make some significant shifts in your life. Whether you’re moving through a time of transition or looking for guidance that goes deeper, or you are feeling stuck or curious about the patterns that keep tripping you up or you are sensing a new level of expansion and want to explore your potential, Soul Sessions are for you.
Areas you may explore:
- Who am I at this season of my life? How can I befriend my shadows, what are my gifts and talents and how can I amplify those?
- How can I live the most incredible and meaningful life? What really matters to me? What feeds my soul? What keeps me radiant?
- Patterns of relating – How do I show up in relationships? What are the patterns that I am running? How can I begin to heal those and create deeply intimate and authentic relationships (whether you are solo, dating or in relationship)?
- Life’s challenges and lessons through the lens of your Gene Keys profile.
- What is my life’s work and purpose? How do I have more fulfilment and prosperity in my work?
In addition to the Gene Keys, these sessions include Human Design. We explore the foundational pieces of your Human Design chart, your energetic blueprint for this lifetime. With very practical information such as the optimal way for you to make decisions and how to make the most of your energy every day. This in itself is gold!
This exploration gives you space, time and support to integrate and embody the shifts in your life more deeply. This is for you if you are committed to growth and are willing to invest the energy, time and money into the next level of you.

- 8 x 1 hour sessions with Sarah, to take over 3 months.
- A PDF with information about each of your Gene Keys and the foundational pieces of your Human Design chart.
- Audio of your call as it is valuable to listen to the sessions again.
- Voice note and text support in between sessions to celebrate shifts, ask me questions and get support, keeping you on track of the change you want to create. This is invaluable!!
- Sessions that are dynamic and responsive to your life meaning if during the sessions on your gifts you have a relationship challenge, we can shift the focus.
